The International Economics Olympiad supports economic education around the world. It also provides an opportunity to analyze international data and improve economic knowledge worldwide.
The olympiad also aims to inspire changes in education systems, motivate students and build an international competition that brings together students from participated countries.
Thanks to the international network of organizers of the Economics Olympiad, we are able to collect all available data that participating organizations can use for further analysis or in making recommendations to public institutions and schools.

The International round is an official event for the top 5 contestants from each country. The international final round takes 2–4 days and gives students the opportunity to make great friendships, visit a new country and talk about topics connected with economics. Prestigious guests are invited to deliver speeches or run workshops for them. Different team activities teach students to cooperate, communicate and work together. It is a special event that provides the opportunity to build new international connections and to bring the top students together.
